His skill set, knowledge base of the industry and trends, and ability to sift through all the ideas running through your mind at 100 miles an hour are reasons why we have trusted him over the years. He has helped us sort through ideas we were thinking about, that ended up not being in our best interest, while redirecting and presenting ideas that we had not thought of that ended up being better than our original idea. His knowledge of all the processes required to sell the house and his effective use of that knowledge made what could could have been a nightmare, a real pleasure. Other than the things I have mentioned, what I most valued was the trust he earned and the quality of his advice along the way. A great experience!

Joe and his team and absolutely the BEST!!!! Joe takes the time to explain every detail of the process whether you're buying or selling property. He assisted me with a somewhat tricky transaction with property my mother had and made it seamless and easy in what were unchartered waters for me. I can't thank him and his team enough for all their hard work and making a difficult situation so easy. I recommend them highly you won't be disappointed.

Joe or Big Joe as several of my family members call him, is a true professional. He is excellent at his profession. Buying or selling property is stressful and Joe will ease the process with his knowledge. Joe makes himself available to answer any questions and always returns your phone call.I listed my house with him and within an amazingly short time he brought me multiple offers on a spreadsheet showing the most qualified buyers. My listing had a first class write up including professional quality photos.The sale went very smooth and without any issues.I will use Joe for any of my future real estate needs.
